1. Youtube is being sued for helping Marcus Goldfinch of George.News stealing copyrights and claiming the voice of podcaster known as Tim Ozman. The evidence for that is posted here: http://marcusgoldfinch.com
2. Marcus Goldfinch hacked Tim Ozman’s Kickstarter account in January 2022.

4. Marcus Goldfinch has been squatting on DOZENS of web domains to direct traffic from Infinite Plane Radio. This is the subject of a 30 page-damage complaint based on The Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act (ACPA), 15 U.S.C. § 1125(d).

A civil lawsuit has been filed against Youtube LLC and Marcus Goldfinch and this Kickstarter hacking incident and the accompanying vandalizing of the profile page have been included.

On January 15, 2023, Marcus Goldfinch accessed my Kickstarter account and changed the email address to his own. Then he proceeded to vandalize the profile page with defamatory content about me. This is just the latest incident capping a nearly five-year cyberstalking and harassment campaign against myself and Infinite Plane Radio.

Here is the information I just added to the existing FBI report:

I have a crowdfunding account at Kickstarter.com. The user email is jacklarson9@gmail.com On 1/15/23, my long-time stalker Marcus Goldfinch illegally accessed my Kickstarter account by hacking. Then, he changed the email address to his own, which is timozmanlive@gmail.com Once he accessed the crowdfunding site, he went into my private details, had access to banking information, and vandalized my profile page with defamatory content. My account was accessed by Marcus Goldfinch at email timozmanlive@gmail.com at IP address: 193.37.254.67 Information About The Subject(s) Who Victimized You

Letter Requesting a Criminal Investigation of YouTube LLC/Marcus Goldfinch

This letter is to request the opening of a criminal investigation of  YouTube LLC/Marcus Goldfinch for what appears to be felony Identity Theft as Youtube granted copyrights of podcaster Jacob Vigil’s voice to Marcus Goldfinch in 2018. Goldfinch convinced Youtube he was the owner of Vigil’s voice in an email (See below):

1. Stole Trademarks 2018-2023 by tricking Youtube’s legal department, a crime committed via email address eas.myoplex@gmail.com. 
2. Continued harassment and trademark violations by continued domain squatting on domains related to “Infinite Plane Radio” “Infinite Plane Society” and “Tim Ozman”.
3. Goldfinch is still on Youtube impostering as Vigil at  https://www.youtube.com/@TimOzman 
4. Hacked Kickstarter and vandalized with defamatory content (Vigil’s account was accessed by Marcus Goldfinch at email timozmanlive@gmail.com at IP address: 193.37.254.67 )
5. Marcus Goldfinch committed wire fraud by soliciting donations with imposter websites. 
6. The collusion between Youtube LLC and Goldfinch constitutes Felony Identity Theft
7. Reported to: FBI, FTC,  DHS IPR CC, and local law enforcement.
8. This is the subject of a Civil Suit just filed in New Mexico. 

I look forward to a prompt response to this request for a criminal prosecution.

That is ME in the video speaking. To prove it as such, I have pointed my domain name and brand identity TIMOZMAN dot COM to my YouTube Channel that hold that same name, as well as INFINITEPLANESOCIETY.ORG I have also copied in myself to this email using my brand identities. Please let me know if you wish to communicate with me via those email addresses if it helps.”

If you can support this legal action I will greatly appreciate it. This individual is White House-connected, wealthy, and so far unaccountable. This civil suit will shine a light on a litany of crimes.
