New York, NY – On March 10, 2023, TACOPINA SEIGEL & DEOREO issued a statement calling upon the Department of Investigation to conduct a full and fair investigation into the conduct of Messrs. Pomerantz, Dunne, and Vance, the current prosecutors, including District Attorney Alvin Bragg, and the office of the NYDA generally.
The statement alleges that the prosecutors may have improperly weaponized their office for political gain and pushed their own personal, political agenda to the detriment of American citizens. The statement further alleges that the prosecutors failed to put aside their personal and political animus towards President Trump, leading them to attempt to construct a criminal charge by twisting the law.
